The JJY-YLD128SP is an 80 GHz FMCW radar level transmitter with an on-board LCD display, measuring from 0.05 m to 40 m with a very narrow ±2.75° beam and ±2 mm accuracy on the RS485 output. The level and the temperature are read straight off the display on the housing, and every parameter is configured wirelessly from the free RadarBLE app on Android and iOS. Both industrial outputs are built into the same unit — RS485 and a 2-wire 4-20 mA loop with HART — inside a polycarbonate housing rated IP67 for outdoor service from −40 °C to 75 °C.
The JJY-YLD128SP is built for non-contact level measurement in the places where a float or pressure sensor struggles — aggressive chemicals, wastewater pits, marine ballast and beverage tanks, as well as tall silos and process vessels. Its 80 GHz FMCW beam stays narrow (±2.75°) so the reading ignores sidewalls and internal fittings, while a 5 cm blind zone and millimetre-level accuracy keep short-range measurements reliable. The on-board LCD and Bluetooth commissioning let an installer validate the level on site without a laptop, and the same unit speaks both RS485 and HART 4-20 mA for direct drop-in to a PLC or DCS.

The built-in LCD display shows the live level reading and the temperature directly on the housing, so installers can aim the sensor, check the echo and confirm the output without any tool, app or multimeter. Useful wherever the transmitter is mounted out of reach of a control room.
Output: 4–20 mA HART for the analogue loop and Output: RS485 (Modbus-RTU, or a custom text protocol for OEM projects) for the digital link — both available in the same transmitter. Wire the interface your PLC, data logger or DCS expects; no protocol converter, no second model to stock.

Yes. The LCD on the housing shows the live level reading and the temperature, so you can commission the transmitter and verify the measurement on site without connecting anything.
No PC needed. Install RadarBLE from Google Play or the App Store, pair with the transmitter over Bluetooth and set range, output mode, filtering and calibration from your phone. A Windows upper-computer tool is also free to download for bench configuration and firmware upgrades.
Both interfaces are built into the transmitter: RS485 (Modbus-RTU or a custom text protocol) and 4–20 mA HART. You wire up the one your PLC, data logger or DCS expects — supply is 9–24 V on RS485 and 24 V on the 4-20 mA loop.
±2 mm on the RS485 output and 0.1 % of span on the HART 4-20 mA output, across a 0.05–40 m measuring range. The radar blind zone is 5 cm, and the beam angle is only ±2.75°, which keeps the measurement clear of sidewalls and internal fittings.
Yes. The polycarbonate housing is rated IP67 and operates from −40 °C to 75 °C. Mount it on a G2 thread, with a cable gland for 6–12 mm cable; the unit weighs 720 g.
One unit. There is no minimum order quantity: a single evaluation unit, a 20-unit trial order and a 500-unit batch are all accepted. Quantities under 20 units ship directly from stock; 20–500 units are scheduled into production.
1–20 units: dispatched within 2 working days from stock. 20–500 units: 1–4 weeks for a scheduled production run, depending on the current schedule. Customised versions follow exactly the same schedule — customisation does not extend the lead time.
Measuring range, mounting thread (G2), communication protocol and housing are all customisable. One free sample is provided — the buyer covers the freight.
