The JJY-YLD128HS-1.5 is an FMCW radar level transmitter built around a 1.5-inch process connection, measuring from 0.05 m to 40 m with ±1 mm accuracy and a very narrow ±2.75° beam angle. Both industrial interfaces are built in — RS485 Modbus-RTU and a 2-wire 4-20 mA loop with HART — and false echo suppression is on board to keep the reading on the real liquid surface. The polycarbonate housing is rated IP68 for outdoor and flooded installations.

High-precision FMCW measurement down to ±1 mm — tight enough for household and building water tanks, day tanks and dosing vessels, where a couple of millimetres of level error is the difference between a full tank and an overflow. Standard accuracy across the whole 0.05–40 m range is ±1 mm.
Both outputs are built into the same transmitter: Output: RS485 Modbus-RTU for the digital link, and Output: 4–20 mA HART for the analogue loop. Run RS485 to your PLC or data logger and keep 4–20 mA for the DCS or the indicator — two signals from one device, no protocol converter, no second model to stock.
On-board false echo suppression filters out returns from agitators, ladders, tank walls, welds and internal fittings, so the transmitter locks onto the true liquid surface instead of the strongest reflection.

Yes. RS485 Modbus-RTU and the 2-wire 4-20 mA loop with HART are both built into the same transmitter — you wire up the interface your PLC, data logger or DCS expects, and configure it from the RadarBLE app (Android & iOS) or the WeChat mini program.
It lets you mask out the reflections the transmitter should ignore — agitator blades, ladder rungs, weld seams, inlet streams and tank walls. Without it a radar gauge will happily report the strongest echo rather than the liquid surface; with it, the reading stays on the level you care about.
DN 1 inch and DN 1.5 inch mounting, supplied with a G1 / G1½ thread and a matching DN 1 inch nut. If your vessel uses a different boss or a flange, we machine an adapter plate or a custom thread — send us the drawing.
At ±2.75° the beam stays narrow all the way down the tank, so it misses sidewalls, internal pipework and fittings that would otherwise create competing echoes. That is what lets a 1.5-inch device hold ±1 mm accuracy out to 40 m.
One unit. There is no minimum order quantity: a single evaluation unit, a 20-unit trial order and a 500-unit batch are all accepted. Quantities under 20 units ship directly from stock; 20–500 units are scheduled into production.
1–20 units: dispatched within 2 working days from stock. 20–500 units: 1–4 weeks for a scheduled production run, depending on the current schedule. Customised versions follow exactly the same schedule — customisation does not extend the lead time.
Measuring range, mounting thread (G1 / G1½), communication protocol and cable length are all customisable. One free sample is provided — the buyer covers the freight.
