The 4G radar level gauge gateway collects readings from multiple radar / ultrasonic level gauges over one RS-485 bus and pushes them over 4G straight to the cloud — every tank shows up on your phone or computer, with no site visit and no cable run back to the office.

JiaJia Eye is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer in Shenzhen, established in 2015. We supply OEM/ODM buyers and instrument distributors across Southeast Asia — water treatment, palm oil, rubber, food & beverage — with remote level monitoring solutions, custom protocols and private labelling.
Key Features
Up to 32 gauges on one gateway
A single gateway supports 32 radar / ultrasonic level gauges at the same time. One RS-485 bus replaces thirty-two separate data connections — one SIM card, one cloud account, one dashboard for the whole site.
From the cloud you can push firmware upgrades, run false-echo (clutter) learning and change configuration parameters on every gauge behind the gateway — no technician travel, no on-site laptop.
RS-485 and 4-20 mA gauges together
The gateway accepts both types on the same unit: digital RS-485 radar level gauges and analogue 4-20 mA gauges, so you can add new digital sensors to an existing 4-20 mA installation without replacing anything.
Typical Applications
Scattered tanks, wells and pump stations
Sites spread across a city or a plant where pulling network cable is impractical — each cluster gets one gateway and one 4G uplink.
Tank farms — palm oil, rubber, food & beverage
Dozens of tanks reported together to one dashboard, with level trends used for stock control rather than manual dipping.
Rivers, reservoirs and hydrology stations
Remote locations with mains power and no fixed line — continuous level data uploaded over 4G, with historised curves for flood season.

The gateway works with JiaJia Eye radar and ultrasonic level gauges on the RS-485 bus, including the 4-20 mA versions. Tell us your SIM preference — we can pre-install a data SIM or leave it open for your local carrier.
A single gateway handles up to 32 radar / ultrasonic level gauges on one RS-485 bus and reports them all to the cloud together. The exact count depends on your bus layout and polling interval — tell us your gauge list and we will size it.
Can RS-485 and 4-20 mA gauges be mixed on the same gateway?
Yes. The gateway carries both an RS-485 bus and 4-20 mA inputs, so digital RS-485 gauges and analogue 4-20 mA gauges can run side by side on one unit — useful when you extend an existing analogue installation with digital sensors.
Can firmware upgrades really be done remotely, without visiting the site?
Yes. From the cloud platform you can push firmware upgrades, run false-echo (clutter) learning and change configuration parameters for each connected gauge — no technician visit and no on-site laptop.
What is false-echo learning and when do I need it?
It teaches the gauge to ignore fixed reflections inside the tank — ladders, agitators, welds and joints — so only the real liquid surface is measured. On a site where the tank interior changes (a new mixer, a relocated ladder), you trigger a new learning cycle remotely from the cloud.
Which cloud platform and app does it use?
Data is pushed over 4G straight to our cloud platform; you view every connected tank on the phone app or the web dashboard in real time, with no cable run back to the office.
Do I need a fixed IP or a VPN?
No. The gateway initiates the 4G connection to the cloud itself, so scattered tanks, wells and remote sites work without site networking or a static IP.
Who supplies the SIM card and the data plan?
Either way. We can pre-install a data SIM before shipment, or leave the slot open so you use your own local carrier — which usually gives better coverage and cheaper tariffs at the destination country.
Can it work with level gauges from another manufacturer?
It is built for JiaJia Eye RS-485 and 4-20 mA level gauges. For third-party sensors, send us the protocol or the register map and our engineers will confirm compatibility — Modbus-RTU devices are usually straightforward.
What is the MOQ?
One unit. There is no minimum order quantity: a single evaluation gateway, a 20-unit trial order and a 500-unit batch are all accepted.
How fast is delivery?
1–20 units: dispatched within 2 working days from stock. 20–500 units: 1–4 weeks for a scheduled production run, depending on the current schedule. Customised versions follow exactly the same schedule — customisation does not extend the lead time.
Can it be customised and branded for us?
Yes. Protocol adaptation, enclosure colour and private label on the housing and documentation are all available, together with OEM/ODM support for your own product line.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 02426Q00028R101, valid until 2029-01-15). CE certification is in preparation.
Delivery & Samples
Sample or replacement unit: ships in 2 working daysStock is held for evaluation samples and urgent replacements — when a unit has failed and the line is down, that is the difference between a two-day stoppage and a four-week one.
2working days
Samples and orders of 1–20 units — in stock
Dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
1–4weeks
Production runs of 20–500 units
Depending on the production schedule: 1 week when a run is already planned, up to 4 weeks at peak, followed by configuration, ageing test and final inspection.

Custom protocol / brand / enclosure
Customisation adds no extra lead time.
FORM E zero-duty — China–ASEAN certificate of origin; import duty can drop to zero for Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. Private label — your brand on the housing and the datasheet. SIM option — data SIM pre-installed, or open slot for your own carrier.
MOQ: 1 unit — single evaluation orders are welcome. Stock: standard version held in stock for 1–20 units. Shipping: express air from Shenzhen, or consolidated sea freight for batch orders. Lead time counts from payment confirmation, working days only.
