1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using jiajiaeye.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

JiaJia Eye manufactures industrial measurement instruments (radar and ultrasonic level sensors) intended for professional and OEM integration. Products are not consumer-grade life-safety devices and should not be used as the sole indicator in applications where failure could result in personal injury or significant property damage.

3. Specifications and Documentation

All product specifications, datasheets, and manuals published on this site are provided “as is” and may be revised without notice. Final specifications are confirmed in the signed sales quotation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, datasheets, firmware, and software — is the property of JiaJia Eye or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JiaJia Eye or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site.

6. Export Control

Some radar level products may be subject to export control regulations in the destination country. Buyer is responsible for obtaining any required import licenses and confirming the intended end-use complies with applicable dual-use regulations.

7. Warranty

Standard product warranty is 12 months from shipment date, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, over-voltage, lightning, or unauthorized modification.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing that, by Shenzhen Bao’an District People’s Court.

9. Modifications

JiaJia Eye may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this site you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
