1. Warranty Period

Every instrument supplied by JiaJia Eye carries an 18-month warranty. The warranty period starts on the date of dispatch from our factory.

2. What Is Covered

Within the warranty period, any failure caused by manufacturing or material defects — that is, a fault not caused by human action — is replaced free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, use outside the published specification, modification, or accidental damage.

3. Availability and Lead Time

• Small quantities: held in stock and dispatched within 2 working days.
• Larger quantities: approximately 4 weeks.

Customised versions (housing, measuring range, output protocol or private labelling) are quoted with their own lead time.

4. Shipping

Quotations for bulk orders include worldwide shipping — no separate freight charge is added to the quoted price (final quote prevails). Sample units are shipped at the buyer’s cost. Import duties and local taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility at customs.

5. How to Make a Claim

Email [email protected] with the model, the serial number and a short description or photo of the fault. We confirm whether the case is covered and arrange the replacement.
