M38 Thread Radar Level Transmitter (38 mm Body)

At only 38 mm in diameter with an M38×1.5 thread, it installs through a standard tank-top boss — the usual answer when a flange-mounted transmitter simply does not fit small tanks, water tanks and non-sealed metal vessels.

Yes. We map the transmitter’s Modbus register layout to the protocol your PLC already speaks, so the existing PLC program stays untouched and your integrator suffers no downtime. Configuration is done from the RadarBLE app (Android & iOS) / the WeChat mini program.

Yes. The same unit carries both RS485 and 2-wire 4-20 mA, and you toggle between them from the RadarBLE app / WeChat mini program without opening the housing.

It is built for small tanks, water tanks and non-sealed metal vessels up to 2 m high — the compact answer where a full-size flange transmitter will not fit.

It is available with a PTFE (white) or a nickel-plated copper housing, so you can match the body to the vessel and the process environment.

One unit. There is no minimum order quantity: a single evaluation unit, a 20-unit trial order and a 500-unit batch are all accepted. Quantities under 20 units ship directly from stock; 20–500 units are scheduled into production.

1–20 units: dispatched within 2 working days from stock. 20–500 units: 1–4 weeks for a scheduled production run, depending on the current schedule. Customised versions follow exactly the same schedule — customisation does not extend the lead time.

Measuring range, the M38×1.5 mounting thread, output (4-20 mA / RS485), protocol and housing (PTFE / nickel-plated copper) are all customisable. One free sample is provided — the buyer covers the freight.
