High-Pressure Radar Level Transmitter

It mounts straight onto a standard DN50, DN80 or DN100 flange with 8×M18 bolts — no adaptor, no custom fabrication. Drop it on the nozzle, tighten the bolts, wire it up, and the transmitter is level in minutes on new tanks or as a retrofit on existing flanged nozzles.

Rated to 1 MPa (10 bar), so it measures reliably in pressurised tanks, vessels and pipelines where an open-air gauge cannot survive — from vented water tanks to sealed process vessels running several bar.

Pick the signal your system already speaks: a 2-wire 4-20 mA loop with HART for the control room, or RS485 (Modbus-RTU, ±2 mm, or a custom text protocol) straight into a PLC, RTU or data logger. Both are wired through the same cable gland.

±2 mm on the RS485 output and 0.1 % of span on the 4-20 mA loop, across a 30 m measuring range. The radar blind zone is 5 cm and the beam angle is only ±2.75°, which keeps the reading clear of sidewalls and internal fittings.

Using the RadarBLE app (Android & iOS) / the WeChat mini program, we remap the transmitter’s Modbus registers to match the protocol your PLC already speaks — no PLC reprogramming and no downtime for your integrator.

One unit. There is no minimum order quantity: a single evaluation unit, a 20-unit trial order and a 500-unit batch are all accepted. Quantities under 20 units ship directly from stock; 20–500 units are scheduled into production.

1–20 units: dispatched within 2 working days from stock. 20–500 units: 1–4 weeks for a scheduled production run, depending on the current schedule. Customised versions follow exactly the same schedule — customisation does not extend the lead time.

Measuring range, mounting flange (DN50 / 80 / 100), thread adapter, communication protocol and housing colour are all customisable. One free sample is provided — the buyer covers the freight.
